Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ho77 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on ho77.vip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ho77.

ho77 reserves the right to verify player identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Players who fail KYC verification may have their accounts restricted or permanently closed and outstanding balances forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or misrepresentation.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ho77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ho77 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately. The following responsibilities apply to all registered users:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update it promptly if any details change.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ho77 account and never share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ho77 employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect player data. All account activity is logged and monitored to detect suspicious behavior and protect the integrity of the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ho77 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification before processing. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

Prohibited Conduct

ho77 actively cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of financial crime and fraud. Any player suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account frozen pending investigation, and ho77 reserves the right to share relevant account data with law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

ho77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity, receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider, or violation of the Prohibited Conduct policy outlined in Section 07.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be reviewed for eligibility. Legitimate balances may be returned to the player via the original payment method after all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of closure are not eligible for withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, scraping, or reproducing any part of the platform for any commercial purpose, nor does it grant rights to any underlying source code or proprietary technology.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ho77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, or any third-party actions affecting the availability of the platform.

ho77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the platform at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Privacy and Data Protection
